PSA: Best Wallpaper Apps
So, after some searching I've found what I think are three of the best phone wallpaper apps (on Android, I'm not sure if they're available on Apple).

Walli - This app features phone (and PC) wallpapers made by hard working people. It also features social aspects like Follow and Comments.

Wallcraft - Has high quality content and most wallpapers are 4k and above.

7fon - Upload dozens of new wallpapers everyday and has an extensive variety of content.
